I would look at the pad to part ratio.Over sized pad geometry will give the component more room to move. I have also seen where the two pads that make up chip components are not symetrical nor complimentary.The pads should be equal in the X or Y dire

STUMPED?? Is it the screw that determines the Torque setting or the assembly being fastened? All my Torque experience has been determined by the assembly..... Obviously the threads have torque specs but I dont think that is what we are talking about

Since we use tons of different fluxes and chemistries we clean often. A quick trip to our batch cleaner- run one cycle.....back to the bench. We have no control just a weekly thang. When the sponge starts to deteriorate then it is replaced. Caldon

How do these components come packaged? Bulk, Reel, Tray,.... Some of the work bench manufacturers have X-Y pick ups for manual assembly. These x-y pick ups should fit over an inspection conveyor. Sorry I am drawing a blank when it comes to manufactu
