We checked the three pacsci pc800 servo controllers and they all look OK, no red or error lights. VRM amps all look OK. Still haven't found the issue.

Thanks, I do recall reading about loading firmware onto some of the VME cards (VRM axis controllers I believe.) I will review this again. I agree that it seems to be some issue with reading axis position after hitting the home switch. The first thin

Griinder, Maybe it's me, but I think what you might be saying here is that you see a reflected image of the PCB or Stencil when you and teaching the fiducials and it is interfering with the teaching routine, is that correct? If this is true it is c

I did try to null the axis - no improvement. I have AMC software and tried (almost) everything related to electronics (except for changing linear encoders, but this seems to be OK - when I move axis manually, position numbers change smoothly). It loo

Well, we finally got the machine to power up and fully boot, but now we are having issues with zeroing the axes. X, Y and Theta zero OK, and the board conveyor runs, but when it tries to zero the PWC, the rail moves to the rear of the machine, hits
