254 (odd parts) ........ go into the Flexa program and go over the vision number and click on it and than hit F1 for a list of numbers.

I agree, Vision 254 should do the job. Input total x and y dimensions of the component.

Hello John, I'm also looking for options to place BGA's with center arrays on our IP2. You mentioned a belt feeder. Are you referring to a retrofit unit? I'm not aware of a belt feeder for the IP2, but would like to hear more about it. Thanks

Hello Daniel !! You can use a stick vibrator for BGA on IP2 machine. Make a slider in the right shape, and put insert the BGA as a regular component. For the part data use only the contour of the component (ignore the balls). I can asure you that the
