Hi I'm trying to pick and place a lot of sod523 components with a mydata my12. I'm using C14 standard tool and Hydra tool H01. For some reason no matter what I try to do when the head picks the component with the C14 tool the machine emergency stops

yup...I've always ignored rated cph reported by the manufacturer. In the case of MyData's, the only way to approach the rated cph is to load the same part in multiple feeders next to eachother, and place it a million times...that way Hydra can gang

Hi, We just had delivered one of these and it's incredible. It's an amazing machine, and watching it load such a large board totally accurately, from end to end is amazing. Apparently we took delivery of only the second machine to ship in the world
