I am running a MYDATA MY19 machine.the problem is that the first 2 hours after turning on the machine it does not work throwing the following error: "transducers do not agree". After approximately 1 or 2 hours the machine starts working normally. T

Looks like an X-belt problem. is it tensioned correctly, not too loose or too tight? Or the X motor is acting up.

Not really, just eyeball. Does it look too loose or feel too tight. Is it lubricated properly, is there enough grease on the sprockets? Also, check the ribbon cables. They might be damaged.

I checked it and there is no problem with the lubrication the cables are in good condition. The band feels a little loose I will try to make the adjustment to see if that is the problem.

Hey Rob, I don't know where the MOT cards are located on MY12 or how to change them. Do you have any documentation or instructions on how to change the MOT cards?
