Over Current means the motor is drawling too much current. Check for a jam on that axis, bad wire, bad motor, bad servo amp (yes the amp can go bad and make it appear that the motor is drawling too much current). Jerry

Is this a wire dip tinning process? If yes, then your flux is probably trapped under the insulator, causing corrosion. BAD BAD BAD (hopefully you don't make wire harnesses for air planes or passenger trains). More info please.

Station 17 and 19 errors are almost always caused by dirty clutches or bad sensor dogs. My guess would be bad sensor dogs in this case if it only does it on certain jobs. The reason it happens on those jobs is because there are nozzles being indexed

Does the problem happen at start-up? Does the servo amp have an error? If yes to both, could be a bad cable, or a badly tuned servo amp. If after running and the amp has an error it could still be the cable but also brings in things like a bad motor

Usually the bearings lock up. I keep one spare blower on hand and change it out when I have one go bad, then take the bad one apart and change the bearings. The bearings are about $4.00 per set and are pretty common. Not too hard to find. I am using

Hi Mark, Not to be condescending, but is your 265 camera in focus? I've seen one instance of this. If it�s not the camera, and you are sure all your other parameters are good, , then poor definition can be from bad snap-off or bad gasketing. Snap
