I'm also looking at a CAM system for our NPI process, but want a system that scales up through data collection off the machines, and from our technicians. The Aegis suite of software looked awesome, but not at into a six-figure pricetag.

That depends a great deal on what you are cleaning and how clean do you want to get the substrate. We've seen cases where 0.1 uS-cm was insufficiently good and others where 10 uS-cm was more than sufficient.

You should be fine with this if it is a plastic body, If it's ceramic or some other kind of heavy package you will probably want to check. We process PBGAs up to 35x35 with no glue on many occasions.

wanna know part no. ! Marking on top-side "GVH", 6 pins very small IC. I guess it is a kind of switch for Tx/Rx. Anybody seen "GVH" ?
