!!UPDATE!! We have found the issue, power supply #3 was bad. The PSU was not sending 24v to the emergency system which is normally a closed circuit. Being that the emergency system was not getting the 24v it assumed the e-stop had been depressed. T

Check the fuses on the power distribution panel. All of them have indicating LED, so check is easy. Maybe 24V feeder supply is out...

2 things can cause this 1. Go in and empty the temp folder on the C drive 2. Check and see of the lights are on on your alignment cameras. If they aren't there is an issue with the 24V power supply.
