I just wanted to point out that although acetone is GRAS the allowed quantity is certainly not unlimited. In specific categories it is allowed to be between 5-8mg/L.

personally, I do allow. usually, they will do some design for manufacturability change. this cannot be avoided. I have read an interesting article talking about this question, maybe you can check: http://www.starivergroup.com/News/info.aspx?itemid=10

Squeegee Blade Selection

Using MPM Momentums, I like choosing blades that allow about an inch of overhang on each side of the board. I feel it allows me to dial the squeegee pressure a bit better.
