Also try boosting the bottom zones up to get extra heat in. Now try this at lead free temperatures & watch them go pop as the air inside expands & vents at the base. O to be in America & be free of our wonderful european decision makers.

I am looking for the same. IPC 610D does mention about the solder fill based on the class (A,B,C). But, there is no exhaustive study that I have come across. Please let me know if you find any. KT

Has anyone out there done any lead free testing using a Vitronics Unitherm 500 oven? based on the specs I have dug up on the machine I suspect it should work fine but it would be great to hear from someone that has done it. Thanks in advance.
