Could be a partially clogged nozzle. Try disassembling the nozzle and thoroughly cleaning it. If that doesn't fix it, see if there are any blockages in your plumbing. If you can't find any blockages, it could be your pressure sensor.

That's a good idea. We did pull the bridge piece off of one just to see what happens with the receptacles only, so no flux blockage. They flowed great with no blowholes, but also filled with solder. :/

So to sum up: you have no mechanical blockage, you have new motor and encoder. That leaves only two more parts(cable and Hydra Z-Controller).

Not sure what equipment you have, but it sounds like some vacuum buildup issue. You might have some leak, or blockage or vacuum buildup components malfunction.
