1.The bubbles appear only after the oven curing.before curing no bubbles encounterred. 2.The bubbles were very small, and can be found around the die in between the die and the epoxy. 3.Curing time is 150 degC for 4 hours.

Hello Hai, The first step is to determine where in the process the bubbles are being generated - either during coating or during curing. You can easily check this by letting a few boards air dry (no oven) and comparing them to the oven-cured ones. I

We don't view this as "board delamination." It looks more like "solder mask bubbling." It may be the picture. Please describe the issue or enclude additional pictures.
