thanks pete, i have requested information from their local rep in our place. However, from the response that i got, the volume data you get in their VM system is a calculated value, not a true volume measurement.

10x16 by 5 mil stencil gives me a area ratio of .615 unless I am calculating incorrectly. I will try and attach some images tomorrow. By reducing the Y direction my area ratio s below .6 and I thought this was not advisable. Your help is muc appreci

The mydata machines are using different packages. Since we know the part numbers and packages affected, would it be posible to load some sort of offset file to correct this before sending it to the machines?

Have the same problem but I do it manually in MYDATA when I check the feeder�s position I can change the orientation there.

We don't know of a calculation, but we run ours as fast as we can while still getting good hole fill.
