Check if the feeder position is out of picking area mentioned in manual. Change the feeder position.

Have you checked to make sure the mix ratio is correct? My experience with epoxies is that if the mix ratio is off with too much hardener you will get a much higher exotherm than expected. Modulus is high too, pretty stiff material.

thanks for your replies, I will check about oven integrity (calibration) and any exhaust issue... as fas as I know there's not change or addition to exhaust system but I need to confirm.

hi, check the home sensors if they are working specially on the right side rail of the camera where you had the failure.

Good morning Chris, We had discussed surface tension but were not sure if that alone would be enough, so I reduced the bottom side temperature in the oven by 20 degrees to see if that would help. I will be checking results this morning. Thanks f

Regarding X-ray I was referring to ssager's comment "...X-Ray is only as good as the human eye that is operating it...". I thought x-ray images could be checked by software algorithms to find defects, not only human eye?
