Why we cannot run Pb Free BGA with Sn/Pb process but we can run high temp BGA(90/10) with Sn/Pb? Both require high temperature to form the IMC.Why there is a difference in the reliability?

1. For PCBs we can do thermal profiling 2. Sensor needs to connect to the input pins. the pin no. depends on the sensor quality. 3. Proper input and compatible sensors should be used.

I am not sure, we only have X series, but If you go to Transition Automation they show OEM replacements w/holes for E4,E5,E6 and X series to be the same.

I am looking at purchasing a larger manual stencil printer. I have several 29"X29" frames so I would like to get a machine that is compatible. Does anyone have any experience with Manncorps MC110 or similar? Appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.

there any problem if Lead Free finish PCB being process using Leaded Solder Paste...? It is totally related to the manufacturing process and quality of joint, not to any specific compliance issues related to the European Union, China or any. Regards

That is exactly the problem I'm having. Not only is silicone an issue with military & aerospace customers but it isn't compatible with one of our water treatment additives. My usual pallet suppliers will only quote silicone. Thanks for the reply,
