The nozzles get centered at zero degrees and 180 degrees. I believe the yellow asterisk is the measurement at zero degrees, when it rotates to 180 is when you will get a red X or a green O. (In other words the yellow asterisk is normal) I think you

Hi all, Is it normal for some of the small nozzles to be rejected by the wide view camera? Every time I do a nozzle centering the narrow view camera shows green circles for nozzles 1,2,3,4. The larger ones (5 and 6) show the asterisk. The wide view c

In your PDs you must specify a single nozzle size. Meaning don't assume that entering nozzle size max=1.3 and nozzle size min=1.3 forces the machine to use a 1.3. Nozzle size min is not used in the CP6 software (it only uses nozzle size max), there

Hi all, At our Fuji CP-6 machines we place a lot of 0402:s, 0603:s and 0805:s chip capacitors. Our problem is that the height of the components can sometime be very extreme from different vendors. I am sure you all have experience of this phenomenon

Hello John, Your second statement is a little vague about the 16th card shutting down the line with the 2x240 QFPs misplaced... i'll try to interpret, assuming the cards are actual product, which I think they are, your 16th card failed because 2 out
