Fuji CP6-5 Servo Z overflow?

Hi, Our CP6-5 has a Z overflow error when trying to zero set. The table moves in X and Y and almost zeros prior to the Z overflow. Servo Amp? Rob

Larry, To zero the IP3, you hold down the "-" key and press "F5" (set), then F6 to go back to page zero, then sero the machine. On the CP6 you hold down the "-" key and press F6. Doug L.

Hi Hermie, Did you perform a Servo-zero-adjustment and Gain calibration on the amplifier after replaced it ? This is necessary fine turning when replacing the amplifier. You had better ask Fuji service center for the procedure. Hope this help you.

Also on the CP-6 if you hit (F5) (F5) while the start button is blinking it will keep the turret from doing a nozzle origin search. Which is useful when.....Larry?

I don't know the CP6's that well but on earlier CP's there is a flag that rotates with the CAM. That flag has 2 sensors that are used to get rough zero. Check that they are working correctly. Jerry
