Hi, Yes, I would love to know this as well. Our machines can handle the component sizes, but how do the printers handle it? We have a DEK, and that's a good printer, but how do you design the stencil to reliably paste release on components this smal

There is a spec I read that states +/- 0.001" (0.025mm) print deposition accuracy and repeatability is more than adequate for 0201-chip printing. I don't think any print studies where done for 01005 chips yet. There are several other factors besides

MPM kick's butt on both in terms of accuracy, repeatability and durability. What more would you want?

I worked on MicroFlex. All axis move via electric motor drive. Carraige reapatability is +/- 0.0005" (12 micron). Cameras position more easily on linear bearings than the swivel type. The alignment accuracy and repeatability easily supports sub-20mil

We have DEK248 and Ultraprint100 printers. Ultraprint100 has custom video hardware while DEK has PC-based vision, which I prefer. Both perform roughly the same, and each has some design advantages over the other. We do routinely print 0.5mm pitch TQF

A dispensing glue machine that you recommend? Currrently I am using a DEK 03iX for this operation, but cycle time is too slow, so I am looking for a glue dispensing machine, fast and with very good accuracy.

I am not a DEK user but have some knowledge of the ELA to share. The ELA has some structural differences with the Horizon and Infinity models. It is DEK's low-end automatic printer (a cost-reduced version of the Horizon model)and is manufactured in C

Hi, I am now looking at a DEK as an option, and might raise our budget for this to about $150K. I am not sure which model to look at. We want to do 0201 reliably, and so we need accuracy, but we would also like to get vision inspection so we can let

Hi All, I am currently in the process of selecting a new stencil printer and have narrowed it down to the MPM125 or DEK Horizon 03i.. We re a UK medium volume production facility running quite a high mix of double sided PCB`s. W
