Hello! We have a DEK Horizon 03i paste printer. When we load a new program at change over, most of the time it lost the reference point for the camera axes. After that the fiducials coordinates changed automatically to minus values. The service said,

UP1500 was not a real MPM machine, so not relevant. UP1500 was an SMTech (UK) machine, different sofware, camera, etc.... than an MPM machine. AccuFlex is now real MPM.

Does your camera / stopper move to a spot where it can catch the boad when the middle sensor is triggered? It sounds like you may have your board stop coordinates wrong. Check your X measurement to be sure.

Maybe give IBE SMT Equipment a try. I know they sell and service DEK and have a huge spare parts inventory.

The $20K number thrown out there by the OEM would lead me to believe there is something else going on and/or it's the black camera vision... green/silver they usually use the $10K. DEKHEAD

Run the calibration screen/procedure. I have had where the camera was hit etc.. and caused a misalligned print.
