It came out that 24V relay switch in the power supply part was simply broken. When we fixed that - stop button was pressed, but we came to this conclusion eventually!

Our dek APi X started having alignment problems suddenly and we aren't sure why. The board is close, but mainly shifted toward the rear of the machine so we are not able to print with it. I performed reference alignment which works properly. I then
