You should able to log into the TPsys to disable the hydra head. BTW, last time I work on the Mydata machine was about 15years ago.

yeap I was able to figure it out and avoid my head being on a stick anywhere. if you log out of tpsys and into hw config you can turn off the hydra head there, then unplug the hardware and the machine will run. if you just disable it inside tpsys t

Sounds like the Hydra is disabled in settings. One of the Micronic experts will have to tell you where that is.. My last Hydra was a MY12 many years ago.

How do I enable the tools on a MyData Hydra head. The machine is telling me that tools 1-5 are disabled. How can I enable them? Thanks Tom
