hi, When I start a MPA-80 ( NM 2529T ) I have a 4600 error, ( 1 block stop ) , I check the covers and the pressure : all ok. I monitor the head I/O address 012 and the relative bit 6 is responding when I open the covers. All seem ok BUT the error

Conceptronics oven reflow problems

We currently have 2 HVA 102 conceptronic reflow ovens. I ran 2 profiles on the 2 seperate machines. One of the oven ran 7 degrees lower than the other oven. I checked all the fans and they seem to running fine. I get no warning on the monitors.

Dave, Good to hear about VITechnology. Youre right about flexibility to deal with component variation. We have had problems with different batches causing rejects. When you say Omron for solder, do you mean solder paste or reflowed solder joints ?

Kris, I assume with voids you mean acceptable solder coverage of pad and lead. As Dave mentioned I also have not seen any specific studies on voids, but workman ship standards exist about acceptable coverage of pad and lead (both consumer and MIL)
