I am doing some research on flux free/flux less SMT reflow soldering. Do you have any equipent/process recommendations? Does anybody use it for volume production and what are the constraints (finish, balls, paste, vacuum, pressure, size)? What is

You could try taking a look at the jet printer from MYData. http://www.mydata.com/MYWEB/Corp.nsf/$all/C7BD0068DB97D290C12571E80052A528 I have no idea about price or how well it works but it sounds like an interesting replacement for stencil printing.

I agree, I have been doing this for years also. Never found anything that the oven wasn't already telling me. I will however be investing in the KIC 24/7 constant monitoring device soon. Price isn't too bad for what you get. Customers like to get a w

Does it give any more info about the error? Is this in the stage after you've hit run, it says "initializing" and it is counting up on the screen? Usually it gives a little more info, although it can still be cryptic. I have run into it stopping w
