I know this may be a long-shot, but I can really use the reach this forum has. I am looking for an injection molding material called Noryl. The specific compound is SE1X-71944. If you have any of this available, or know someone that does, please repl

Nitro, I msuggest you get your oven manual out and start reading!! it depends on yoru machine, the point of injection, how many zzones it's designed to cover (some only inject for reflow) what your inward flow rate is, what yoru exhaust rate is and

It's amazing the eclectic applications that Silly Putty works for, what the heck, give it a shot! One question, seriously, what are the QFP dimensions? x, y, z? can you stand for the injected material to flow past the leads?

The material has to be injected from beneath the component, it's a 240 pin QFP, ideally I wouldn't want the material gong past teh leads as I have to have the option to rework the thing if, perish the thought, it fail's and need's fixed.....
