It turned out to be the battery in the CP-1 PLC. Replaced the battery and we are back up and running.

Hi Joakim, I do not know the QP242 table, but on our GP-341, CP-IV-2 and IP-III we make a plate from plexiglass with milled holes to show where the supports go for each board. This is not as fast as the Gridlock but does not cost nearly as much. J

Remove the HIMV-134 card. Unscrew the piggy back memory card and re-seat it. See if that helps.

A CP IV-3 is able to place 0402's very well. We do it all of the time with a CP IV-2. You need the right nozzles and feeders but no problem. I agree the ProSMT software is a pain but that's not the machine's fault. Jerry

Do all 0201's reject at the same rate? If even 1 P/N has a lower reject rate this can point towards a feeder problem. I have had a similar problem on a CP-IV-2 with 0402's that was caused by feeders. If all reject at the same rate it can be the PD o
