@ Sr.Tech, Most of our Chinese spares are Juki & Yamaha original & still bagged, just much cheaper. They wouldn't sell machines in China if all the spares and consumables were at European mark ups. Nozzle wise the Juki 750 & 760 copies are not 100%

We have issues with different Juki machines needing different nozzles for 0402 and 0201 components, some 0402s need a 502 and then on another machine it needs a 503. We went away from the 500 nozzle series

We have placed labels using the Hover-Davis label feeders on our Juki machines and we used standard nozzles. Are your labels an odd shape where a standard nozzle won't work?

Also make sure nozzle retraction is ok, if nozzle shafts stick at different heights can effect laser centering stability.

Some machines use air blowing to not only place the part but to also help guarantee that when the nozzle is sucking it doesn't end up with a net accumulation of solder paste inside the nozzle. Juki and Yamaha spring to mind. sarason
