You need a KIC profiler whitch is able to find optimal profiles for your boards. The KIC works very well with the Heller ovens. With the KIC is also possible to find one good profile for different boards. Get in contact with KIC +1-858-673-6050

Steve, KIC does. The new KIC2000 has built in dwell time sensors. You can buy KIC's wavesurfer option (like MOLE's waverider), or you can engineer a custom pallet for 1/3 the price. I made a custom pallet and took advantage of the KIC's automatic

I'm using Kic Profiler and aluminium tape from Kic and thermocouples from Kic. They are good and reliable. I even manage to modify my heller 1088 by adjusting the fix conveyor and re-baffling the oven. Had dropped my 20-22 deg. C delta T down to 4.3

I have used KIC data acquisition equipment for over 11 years. Slim kic, sideKic and Kic2000, prophet etc... The 9 volt battry changes in seconds. Gimme a break. The internals don't reach 54Celsius. If it came down to batteries, I bet KIC would t

We have a Kic 2000 9 channel. The options for this unit were 9 or 12. I do not remember what we paid for it but the Kic Navigator and its prediction capabilities really reduce required profile time. I have also used Datapak and Mole but not for year

Just heard yesterday from my KIC rep that they have a product called KIC vision now. Sits in your oven and does the profiling automatically whenever you tell it to. They also have one called KIC 24/7 which can profile (and assign a PWI) to each board

Having been around the block, an old lead head from way back, I've used MOLE, KIC,and Datapaq. They all do the same thing, but I'd have to give the edge to KIC. 9 ports and automatic wave detection. Also, KIC2000 is as user friendly as you can get

Does anyone out there involved in RF manufacture have any experience with the KIC Slim-Kic profiler? Do you find any interference problems between the RF transmissions and the testing of your products. We build primarily high-freq stuff like point-to

I'm based in the UK and need a new thermally protective case for my SlimKIC. We are running lead-free now and I'm concerned about the extra heat damaging my SlimKIC. I've been quoted 525 for a stainless steel Lead-free compatible case (KIC-1001), wh
