Do you know how to read the I/O in the controller at your monitor? It's been too long for me to describe the process but I seem to remember that you can read the I/O and see exactly which switch is tripped, i.e., reads 1 instead of 0.

I got a 3000 that is acting crazy. After a print, the board is unclamped and the Z-axis lowers. It continues to lower until it trips the limit switch. It is suppposed to move in the Y-axis to line up with the tracks while lowering in the Z-axis.

Hi, Does anyone have any experience replacing the rinse valve actuator in a SMT800-ZD ? I think I had one go bad and it looks like you may need to time the new valve. It has cams on the shaft that engage and disengage limit switches. Thanks in adv

The question is, the motor is working or not? Moves, does anything? Seems to be endswitch not working if moves and you heard beaming sound - like motor moving but its on mechanical endpoint. If I were you, I bet on a limit switch is defective under
