Swapped the EXM-13A with no change; going to try the EXM-14 card next. Do the monitors split from one VGA port via a cable splitter? I'm still working on getting manuals for this machine so I'm learning as I go so far, thanks for the help.

What kind of vision system does your machine have? If it is AIS3500AX, that can be the cause. AC supply is hardly the reason...

Faded input line capacitors can do this sort of thing. Check your AC Filters. sarason

This looks like faulty VGA card (the one from which VGA cables come out) in the VME rack. They are notorius and fail often. Sometimes you can replace VRAM chips and fix it...

Hi Deni- Thanks for the reply. I'll try to figure out what vision system is on it. I know it has two 5.3mil cameras front and back, UPS 3.2.2c os/2. Where do I determine the type of vision system; in the computer or harware spec plate?
