We've tried the MPM rheo., with excellent results. We saw a decrease in fine-pitch pad coverage rejects from ~20% to bacicially ~0%. Print speeds went from 1-2 in/sec (metal blade) to 4-5 in/sec (rheo.). Could probably go faster. Great throughput. Li

Yes, I agree, manual cleaning is not a solution, but does tell you you need to clean the stencil. You should have your stencil cleaner repaired and take that question mark away. Once all the question marks are goen you should be left with an answer

I just got a used AP/C which I guess is also called an AP25? After fixing a few obvious issues, I powered it up, and get a hardware limit error. I have verified that none of the axis are near their limits. Without a manual, I'm not sure where to go
