Hello Micheal We are looking for the procedure at this time. And there is no tactile sensor on any SPM made by MPM. The SPM's does not have sensor's on the head either. Any way we will send the procedures and the calibration blocks soon. harry

Maybe you stencil height measurement is being affected. Check your tactile sensor, it may be sticking due to paste or adhesive getting on it.

The tactile sensor seems to be fine. I think it may have something to do with the stencil being not as tight as to one that is on a stainless steel frame. When we set the height of the stencil we have to do it towards the back of the stencil becaus

I would put the tactile sensor back in the Vacuum nest so operators won't drop it in the paste. my biggest wish, pr

Harry- Why don't you figure out a way to take the top tactile out and convert it to work in the nest....so people won't have to buy another one.

UP 2000 is a good printer. Spares are normal - blades, stencil/board light bulbs, the over head flourecent, get new conveyor belts. Take the cover off the tactile sensor and make sure it's clean also. Other than that it should be a work horse.

Try raising the table in Calibrate mode. Sensor or Tactile connector could be contacting the underside of the rails and overloading the axis. Check for 24V on the Z-axis brake. Check the fuse(F5) and voltage to the driver. Check DIP switch settin

There is a tactile sensor and the air hose and wires do not look like they've been kept up. Is this falling of the Z normal in order to prevent damage to the wires/air hose? Thanks

Check your DIP switch settings on new driver. Not sure about calibration. Try QMPM for password.

Thank you very much SWAG that password did the trick. Got us into the calibration menu and we were able to calibrate the z-axis and snugger height and got it to work. Thanks again
