"to transfer Panasonic equipment to 3 different owners over the last several years. It cost approx $10k to do the transfer each TIME." Wow - $10K just to transfer a software license! Good enough reason not to purchase Panasonic gear in my opinion.

Splicing for Panasonic Machine

We've only used/seen the manual splicer. However our operators can splice a part in 30-45 seconds. What Panasonic models do you use? The CM/NPM's give you plenty of warning that a splice is needed so the machine doesn't stop.

Does anyone have any experience with the Panasonic offline recognition machine? If so, thoughts? Would you recommend? Pros and cons? We would be using this with NPM W2 machines...and possibly CM402 machines if possible to use with both.
