aight... Ive read the SMT archives... Ive got issues,,, 25 boards WS boards with NC on them HOw do I clean them? Used Everkleen in Prewash and wash in a dishwasher , cleaned most of the NC flux off but I have residuals. especially on the fine pitch

Is the prewash water going to drain or being re-circulated? If you are re-circulating don't send all or a portion to drain (or your treatment system) even sending a small portion to drain and adding fresh will reduce foaming. You will pull more water

The latex should not influence your closed-loop filtration - unless of course it falls off during cleaning. The issue would be with water soluble materials. As Dave (hi Dave) said, the clay based version of these will clog/blind/knacker your carbon
