Mild tombstoning on 1206 Kingbright LED. Has anyone seen this problem and have any suggestions in root cause? Please see attachment for more detail

The problem is occuring on more than one part # of our 0402 components. That is why I am looking at the reflow oven process very closely.

If you're having trouble with a specific board, double check your Pattern, Diameter, Color and Scan Area under the 'Mark Data' tab. You can also try setting the Pitch Tolerance to '0' in the machine configuration. Good Luck, Bill
