We have a 4796A (1988) and a 4796B (1999) and have been able to swap them (rear LCD touchscreen) to isolate to the monitor. Thanks again, Bill

Don't know which year 's machine you got, the touch screen monitor came with a computer control card. I think you have no choice and to go with Universal.

Back to square one, is your monitor physically damaged or is it mulfunctioned? Try the local monitor repairing tech's, may give u a surprise. We had the one at the front panel fixed by a local repairing guy here,(cheap $75). It works.

We had the same problem recently. It turned out the power supply had a problem. We sent the supply out for repair, but it couldn't be fixed. We found a replacement supply for around $250 that required the drilling of some new mounting holes. This

We lost the video on a touchscreen monitor that goes in in our HSP 4791 machine. The touchscreen still works but the monitor portion is dead. The monitor is a Mitsubishi Model number XC-1498C II... The Microtouch numbers are as follows....Model #
