Hi All, What are you running for selective solder flux? I'd like any opinion on water soluble and/or no-clean fluxes you are using. In our Kiss 104 machine we use HYDRO-X20 water soluble flux, per the original install suggestion, but I'd like to k

Hello experts, Here is my problem: I have a board that has smt parts on one side and TH parts on the other. We designed special pallet for wave, but the pallet itself is 15mm thick, so we are still seeing some defects. Have any of you tried to find

We use both types in house. We started with a board moving over the pot, slowly moved on to Jade machines and eventually Synchrodex. Like you mentioned without palletizing you'll have component movements during the cylce and most likely won't have th

Check flux penetration and type of flux. How much is solid contents. The solder filling is better under Nitrogen. Check the time (speed) of the nozzle whether is correct. Usually For SAC305 the temperature of bath is 320C/degrees, but only for sel

We use 4140 steel (same as a lot of other OEM's). The user will need to pre-flux and tin before installing in the machine.
