You are better off getting a field service engineer to fix for you. I had a similar problem, one of my technician try to fix, made it worse. Ended up costing me a fortune. In the end Universal had to come and fix. Good luck.

I am new to the No-Clean Process. When preforming rework in a No-Clean Process, should the rework technician clean the excess flux used to change a component or place a component missing?

I am looking for some basic material to train new technicians and Engineers on the wave soldering process. Does anyone know of any internet source where this material can be printed or downloaded from? Thanks for all the help.

I'm also looking at a CAM system for our NPI process, but want a system that scales up through data collection off the machines, and from our technicians. The Aegis suite of software looked awesome, but not at into a six-figure pricetag.
