I formatted with the FORMAT / s command or moved the system with the SYS command - system files are visible. Partition created and active. I ordered the PCMCIA adapter (PCI) only today - USB adapters do not support all cards.

CHECK IO BOARDS STATUS, CHECK HEAD IO 24VDC SUPPLY, CHECK 24VDC SUPPLY TERMINAL, CHECK WIRING CONNECTED TO HEAD IO I think this is an I/O communication problem. Fail in connecting to I/O cards.

Greg, I recently faced this problem at a customer though the machine was Topaz X but the problem was same. So I suggest you first check if the GOOD LED is ON on the Servo card down in the MCX box. Also check the same GOOD LED on the System board in
