I have also come across this very same problem and found that our screen vendor made a mistake on our screen. Check the thickness of your screen it should be about six thousandths if it's eight thousandths then you are most likely depositing to much

Hi Josue, Check archives (I think 98-sept-Oct some vendor at SMTA Conf.)...I was looking for the same thing...was very skeptical about reliability data ..couldnt approve reballing process except protos. Low repeatability after DTC/stress. Regards K

Jeff, We do not use push up pin. The nozzle pick-up and placement heights are checked many times. We are looking for wich component can break the nozzles. Thanks for your help, Jeff.

Is there anybody out there familiar and expert on fixing Quad tape feeders? I have a few feeders that I can't figure out what was wrong. It won't do anything, but when I checked the voltages, the wiring, etc.,everything is normal. Please help. Hermi
