I have almost got my new (to me) SMT line working. My GC 30 appears to be working fine, and the high force 4 spindle head on the GX11S works. However the Flexjet 3 head picks up parts correctly but gives me a message saying nozzle collision detected.

There are a couple of things you can try that seemed to help me with this problem. 1.Get your HMS height off of the paper tape halfway between the pocket and the edge of the tape. 2. Change your "pick stroke" for that part to "0" 3. Check you compon
