The Nominating and Governance Committee of the IPC Board of Directors presented six candidates for election at the IPC Annual Meeting, on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, in conjunction with IPC APEX EXPO™ in Las Vegas. Three candidates were elected as board officers and will serve two-year terms covering April 2010 through March 2012. The other three candidates were elected as board directors and will serve four-year terms, covering April 2010 through March 2014.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is drafting new reporting requirements on the use of conflict minerals. “These new reporting requirements could have a significant impact on the entire electronics industry supply chain, much like the lead-free requirements of RoHS,” according to Mikel Williams, chairman of the IPC Government Relations Committee and president and CEO of DDi Corp.

IPC presented its highest corporate honors to two IPC member companies, Apple Inc., and MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions during the IPC Annual Meeting/Awards Ceremony at IPC APEX EXPO 2022.
