If the mask is not cured and is coming off in the pot I don't see how it is protecting anything. If you want to mask something fast you need to use tape not liquid mask that requires cure. My $.02.

1. Check the vision gantry motor. 2. Check the cards, and trying to swap the card to see if it still having problem, if it is, then the motor itself is bad. It doesn't come cheap either.

Has anyone ever heard of 0201 components being placed by Fuji CP43 machines? Engineering wants to do an experiment here to see if it's practical.

I couldn't see that it would be pratical at all. The older CP-6 machines need a camera upgrade to even place view the parts and you need a pristine CP6 feeder to run the part. If you do plan on trying, I wish you the best of luck.

Yes I stand corrected............we'll see what the future holds for them and hopefully they can survive. I know they've been shopping this unit around for some time.

I don't think it matters. Without insulation (did you see the plastics listings?) it's kind of a moot point.

CK, Forget about all that sophisticated technical stuff. See picture of a RoHS 1&2 compliant vehicle (no electronics).
