OLD DEK manuals actually have a procedure for fiducial fill, and they used to sell a kit (for way too much $$$$); since usually pretty well covered by stencil vendors probably not on the list any more. www.dekhead.com

We are currently running FUJI XPF lines and receive all of our RF shields in T/R format. The large shields we use come on a reel of 500, the small shields come on a reel of 800. both much more efficient than using trays.

Dear Mr. Sang, Have you checked the pick-up position. Could the nozzle descend too much and disturb the other components in the tape?

It is hard without specifying the models and the options on them. These are two of the top manufacturers out there, but there are even better, so if you are going to make a mass production assemblies, you should make a much bigger research.

We usually receive them in batches of a few hundred, and occasionally from catalog vendors like Mouser. Inspection has been inconclusive. They don't have to be bent much to cause a problem. I'm wondering if it's just the nature of the beast.
