I have a problem with placement repeatability and accuracy on this Samtec connector. The customer wants to use a "nubbed connector" which has to be placed in the corresponding PCB holes. When the nubs miss the holes, the part becomes "lifted." SEE

That might because every CM has a different overhead rate. In general, your costs should be material+direct labor rate+overhead rate+markup and or profit margin. For your overhead rate, consider your non-direct labor, and your facility costs. Am

Im not sure that 0.004% is that critical in a solder alloy. If people are using our alloy and the Nickel increases we would most probably suggest running a dopant alloy without Nickel to bring the levels back down, it is very rare to require dumping
