The L Version is slightly bigger PCB handling capability. However, it's relative to Juki, not to other manufacturers. We have found that the extra large board Juki's are similar to our standard Yamahas. Don't know about the 760, but the 2060L is 41

You should request 100% Flying probe coverage - will cost you extra. If you have bigger quantities you could consider ICT fixture.

You can run it on a carrier board to catch any paste that falls. When we do Pin in Paste, we sometimes over print the apertures a bit to get the extra paste volume.
