Larry: I'd like to see your angle increased generally and that could fix your problem. Lots of other things can cause skips, such as: * Wave height, your might be high with 2" of contact * Flux contamination, activity * Component contamination * C

CCGA stencil design

Hi folks, Is anybody have an experience in stencil design for CCGA ? Currently, I'm running with 5 mils thickness stencil and I encountered that there were defect on contact after reflow soldering process. Appreciate your help ! thx..Jack

Black residue at end of wave soldering

Hi, I would appreciate some help here.. I am black residue with my wave soldering provess with my Electrovert machine sometimes, they are dotted all over the board ! I am also using no clean flux through an externel spry fluxer unit.. thanks Darren

Wiping Fixtures

A long time ago I had seen wiping fixtures in which the circuit board was placed and fingers bent the leads on the components. Can anyone supply me with their design. I can almost see them work but am missing on the finer points

Emmanuel: Take Jax's word. NiAu (ENIG) primary (some would say only) redeeming characteristic is its flatness that you mentioned, but that flatness appeals to folk placing fine pitch devices, rather than BGA. Good luck. Dave F
