Hi Chris, That's 4 plugs for Asahi solder in one day, you have been busy. You don't happen to work for them do you?

Of course he does. He probably won't have the guts to admit it. I like how these sales types use this forum to push their product but won't pay for any advertisements here. Jerry

I know this is asking a lot, but could you please tell us what WS LF pastes you have looked at? What issues are you seeing with these WS pastes? Thanks

It could be one of a dozen things besides your paste. If you do feel it's your paste, have another vendor come in awith a free sample to try it. Side by side comparisons are great and it wouldn't cost you anything.

Does anyone else have problems with the frameless stencils on the MPM UP2500. I noticed after I do a stencil height adjustment it looks like the vacuum actually pulls the stencil to the board.

if your vacuum is getting through your board then it sounds like your vacuum tooling is wrong. you shouldn't have vacuum points at areas of the board where there are PTH's or via's.

I dont have much choice because the vaccuum is right underneath the whole board, it sucks the board fairly hard. The only thing holding the board is the vacuum and board supports.
