Depending on what model you have, they should come with anti-stat bars. They could be worn. I haven't seen this technology used in years. Are you running product in a "clean-room"?

Hi Piotr, is your Teknek 'armed' with de-ionisation tool?, where exactly did you measure the discharge? we have one Teknek offline but 2 new waiting to get inline ;) wonder if we need some special attention for them

On tacky rollers. Ionizators is ok but Im not sure to that this solution guarantee us reduced to 100V value (this is what we need). We dont have ionizators on arms

Do u use antistatic rollers inside machine? because I'm not sure that fitting anti-static bars at the entrance side of the machine will help(thats doubt even from Teknek side)

Thanks to everyone who posted! I did get the boards clean and it worked well I used AIMTERGE 520A about 5% in HOT water.. I soaked for 10 minutes used a brush(handscrubber type)to loosen the residue. For the fine pitch I used a fine bristled small
