Try to measure the profile again by datasheet..with the result that you will reduce the temperature in the areas below...increase the upper temperatures as needed according to the properly measured profile...I hope you can solve the problem like this

Unless your end goal is to develop the expertise to fab pcb's and assemble pcba's, I agree with DWL. It's a LOT to learn, with the best equipment, and that budget won't get you very far in that regard.

Hit up eBay, and buy a ps/2 style trackball; that'll be your best option. If it's an older machine running OS/2, it's about your only option. Cheers, ..rob

First of all, you would have boards frequently being stuck in between inline machines. In order for the best inline setup, all the machines should be properly leveled to have smooth transport from start to finish.
