I'm currently dealing with an design of an end effector that need to pick n place a BGA dead bug package. The design is using peumatic system to do the task. Any advise or suggestion on this kind of design?

What are some of the Chip-Shooter machines that have this Golden Board comparison? I am aware of a dimensional image overlay but no measurement is performed by the machine to determine accuracy on these systems that I am aware of. -JAX

There are some issues with the chemical used in Vapor phaze. I think your best bet would be some one who will take it and accept liability.

What are people using for re-vacuum sealing of opened parts. The parts of coarse would be baked out prior to sealing. The system should be ESD compliant. Need some help, Kevin
